Since its foundation in 1908 the aim of the Ladies Scottish Climbing Club (LSCC) is 'to bring together women who are committed to mountaineering in Scotland and all aspects of mountaineering at home and abroad'.

Today our members, living all over Scotland and beyond, are united by a love of exploring wild places. We have a programme of varied Meets often in Scotland where we climb, go mountaineering in summer and winter. There are often Club trips to the Alps in summer and further afield to Iceland, the Himalayas, South America and more. Our members also get together outside the Club for other activities, including kayaking, ski-touring and mountain biking.
A variety of activities in a variety of locations, often from our own or other club huts. Guests welcome.
